1Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use baji5. By creating an account, you warrant that you are 21 or older. baji5 may require documentary proof of age at any point. Any account confirmed to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

2Geographic Eligibility

baji5 is designed for players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing baji5 is lawful in your jurisdiction. baji5 does not guarantee availability of its services in any specific region and reserves the right to restrict access from locations where applicable laws prohibit online gaming.

3Accurate Registration Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and any payment details required during the account process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

1One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one baji5 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — constitutes a breach of these Terms. baji5 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all accounts linked to the same individual, and to void any bets or transactions associated with duplicate accounts.

2Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your baji5 login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact baji5 support immediately. baji5 will never ask for your password by phone, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

3Account Verification (KYC)

baji5 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed appropriate. This may include providing copies of government-issued identification and proof of address. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until the process is satisfactorily completed.

1Accepted Payment Methods

baji5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳500. All payment channels are subject to their own terms and processing times. baji5 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

2Third-Party Payments

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. baji5 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment account that does not match the registered account holder name may be reversed and the account subjected to additional verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

3Processing Times

Deposits are generally credited to your baji5 account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the payment provider's processing time. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or when additional verification is required. baji5 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

1Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer will be clearly stated on the promotion page before you opt in. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time frame. Failure to do so will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

2Bonus Abuse

Attempting to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to exploiting wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinating play with other accounts to fulfil rollover conditions — is prohibited. baji5 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected or confirmed.

1Fraud & Money Laundering

Using baji5 for any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to using stolen payment credentials, submitting false identity documents, or conducting transactions that may constitute money laundering, is strictly forbidden. baji5 maintains anti-money laundering procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

2Collusion & Match Fixing

Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or engaging in any form of match fixing in sports betting markets is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence. baji5 reserves the right to void any bets placed in connection with suspected match fixing and to cooperate fully with relevant investigations.

3Automated Play & Bots

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic device to access, interact with, or place wagers on baji5 without explicit written permission from baji5 is prohibited. Any winnings derived from automated play may be voided and the associated account closed.

1Self-Exclusion & Limits

baji5 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players may activate these tools at any time through their account settings or by contacting support. A self-exclusion request, once confirmed, takes effect promptly. During a self-exclusion period, baji5 will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.

2Account Closure by Player

You may close your baji5 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon verified account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to rollover) will be returned to your registered payment method. Pending bonus amounts that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

3Account Closure by baji5

baji5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, where fraudulent activity is identified, or where required by applicable law. Where an account is closed for a verified Terms breach, baji5 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where closure is for an operational or regulatory reason unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned.
